1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across India. (Modify to your supported areas / pin codes.)

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • During peak seasons, public holidays, or due to high demand, processing may take longer. We will inform you of any delays.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We use reliable courier partners (e.g. India Post, private couriers) for delivery.
  • Shipping method (standard, express) will be selected at checkout or as per availability.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.
  • We may offer free shipping on orders above ₹5000 (or whatever threshold you decide).
  • Duties, customs, or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Delivery Timeframe

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days (or as applicable to your regions).
  • Delivery times may vary due to location, courier delays, weather, holidays, etc.

6. Risk & Title

  • Once the product is handed to the courier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you (unless otherwise stated).
  • Title (ownership) of the goods passes to you upon full payment.

7. Tracking Your Order

  • We will provide you with a tracking number / link, where applicable, after shipment.
  • Use that link to monitor your shipment until delivery.

8. Failed Delivery / Return to Sender

  • If a delivery attempt fails (you are unavailable, wrong address, etc.), the courier may retry or return the package.
  • You may need to pay additional shipping charges for re-delivery or address correction.
  • If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping (you may bear extra cost).

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost en route, notify us on same day of delivery.
  • Provide photographic evidence, packaging, and relevant information.
  • We will initiate a claim with the courier and either replace or refund (subject to investigation) per our Cancelation & Refund Policy.

10. International Shipping

  • If you offer international shipping, mention customs, duties, additional shipping costs, and longer delivery times.
  • Clarify that the buyer is responsible for import taxes, if any.
