1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations are permitted only on the same day of placing the order.
  • Once the order is in “shipped” or “in transit” status, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • To cancel, you must contact us promptly at kapilanshtraders099@gmail.com or call +91 9352 288 606 with your order number.

2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund (full or partial) under the following circumstances:

  • Once the product has been delivered, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
  • Product delivered is defective, incorrect, or damaged (and you report within time)
  • Return accepted per return policy (if applicable)

3. Returns & Exchange (if you support returns)

  • Once the product has been delivered, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, with all labels intact.
  • Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (wrong product, damage).
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of acceptance or rejection.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
  • It may take 5-10 business days (or as per banking norms) for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • If you paid via cash on delivery (COD), we may credit you via bank transfer or other method mutually agreed.
  • Once the product has been delivered, no returns or refunds will be accepted.

5. Partial Refunds / Deductions

  • In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds (e.g. if part of the order is unusable)
  • Deduction may be made for shipping, handling, restocking, or diminished value (if the product is not returned in original condition).

6. No Refunds / Non-Returnable Items

  • Some products may be non-returnable or non-refundable (for hygiene or safety reasons) — e.g. opened soaps, body wash bottles after breaking seal.
  • We reserve the right to decline refunds if conditions are not met (e.g. product used, packaging missing).
  • Promotional products, gifts, or free items may not be eligible for refunds.
  • Once the product has been delivered, no returns or refunds will be accepted.

7. Refunds in Case of Cancellation by Us

  • If we cancel your order (due to out-of-stock, pricing error, etc.), we will issue a full refund.
  • We may also offer to resend (if acceptable to you) at no extra cost.

8. Chargebacks

  • We reserve the right to contest chargebacks if you received the product as described or did not follow proper return/cancellation procedures.
